Location: convenient to public transportation, on a side street which was not too busy and felt safe. I liked the bathroom layout allowing someone to shower while another person uses the sink. The front desk staff were helpful and checked our luggage before the room was ready.
There were no bath towels in the room when we checked in, and we had to request them. In addition, there were no washcloths available. The shower floor was slippery, with a risk of falling (we didn't).

Centrally located property, the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasnt.
No WiFi, no TV, no signal in the room. Front desk staff provided a remote control that in the end upon calling to report our issue stated that the room had no WiFi signal, then why give us the remote in the first place? Makes no sense. The shower head in the bathroom was leaking (broken) so it was leaking water in the shower. Room needed some maintenance work.
