The place was a great distance to the active center of Kos. It had everything you might need around; beach coast, shopping places, atms etc. plus was much more calmer than the island center. The rooms have everything you might need to prepare simple meals, coffee, tea etc. You can go to the port center in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the sites, shopping, dining and partying opportunities and then come back to your silent neighborhood, an advantage we appreciated. Mr. Grigorios and Ms. Maria were both perfectly attendant to our queries, and went above and beyond to help us in any way possible. They treated us more like family than hotel guests and we really enjoyed our daily talks with them. We frequently visit Kos from Bodrum side as a family and definitely plan to go back to this facility.

Everything was amazing - the staff was awesome, kind and helpful and they really did everything to make our stay comfortable!
The pool is big enough, there's floaties for children and enough sun-beds for everyone. The hotel also has a bar and a small restaurant, you can order a pizza, coffee, cereal and so on.
The room was comfortable and included a balcony with a view on the sea.
I highly recommend.

Amazing! Everyone is incredibly nice and always ready to help. It's a family-run business, so you get such a pleasant, homey feeling. The cleanliness is on another level. It was the second thing I noticed (right after the really cute and authentic interior) from the moment we stepped into the hotel. You could immediately smell the cleaning products, the pool had crystal-clear water, and our room was cleaned every day. It is a bit outside the city center, but that's no problem because, if you don't have a car, there are buses that run once or twice an hour to the city center, and a taxi will get you there for about €10.
All in all I strongly recommend this hotel, because I really don't have one bad thing to say.

The pool area is gorgeous with ample beds and umbrellas for guests, and you have a lovely view of the Turkish coastline. Our 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor was spacious as was the balcony and the main living area. Beds pretty comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The owners were lovely and always willing to help and cleaners came to our apartment every morning.. Breakfast was available and reasonably priced and the breakfast area had similar lovely views to our room. Bus stop across the road to get you to Kos Town. Just 1.50 euros each. Petra restaurant next door for any evening meal requirements if you don't want to travel far.
There were a couple of things that stopped us from giving this a 10. Our bathroom was very small and the bath was tiny and it is quite tricky to get in and out of the shower if you are disabled or elderly. There was wardrobe space with plenty of hangers but not enough cupboard space and drawers for other clothing. The hotel is a little isolated. There is a restaurant next door, but the next nearest restaurant is a 10 minute walk and Kos Town is 45 minute walk away and the nearest shop for basics is a 15 minute walk.
