This will be my most unforgettable hotel stay. I'm amazed that a hotel over 100 years old can be maintained so well; it feels like staying in a museum. Also, the front desk was truly fantastic. I left my insulin at the hotel, and I received a call from the front desk just five minutes after I left. This insulin was extremely important to me, and the front desk's response was so quick; they understood its importance. I'm so grateful! Will remember this hotel always, amazing experience I had.

Very beautiful hotel with history, super tasty breakfast and dinner buffet, nice rooms with private bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff. We spent one day hiking in the surroundings (beautiful) and another in Geiranger (the drive is beautiful).
Weird shower design (drain is halfway outside), which leads to massive flooding of the bathroom floor.
