Je to bez snídaně a není možné si ji objednat. Lokalita je docela tichá, ale když otevřete dveře na balkon, tak je slyšet silnice, která je dost frekventovaná. V noci když byly dveře a okna zavřená, tak bylo ticho. Narušovalo ho jen to, že ventilátor v koupelně se zapínal sám při rozsvícení, ale i při sprchování bez světla, a pak hučel opravdu dlouho, než se sám vypnul. Byl trochu slyšet i z vedlejších pokojů, takže tohle bylo trochu pro nás nepříjemné. A pak malý zmatek kolem pokojů, poněvadž pokoje nejsou očíslované, a také nám nikdo neukázal, kde je kuchyňka apod.
Dlouho a nahlas hučící ventilátor v koupelně a silnice, která je slyšet při otevřeném okně a balkonu. Nelze objednat snídani.

Nádherný rakouský styl, krásné klidné a tiché místo.
Perfektně zařízené ubytování.
Lehce nám vázla komunikace s majiteli. Majitelka se omlouvala, že je časově velice vytížená, což je pochopitelné, ale vy jako host bohužel potřebujete informace. Nakonec vždy vše dopadlo dobře.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, was, wenn man auf Urlaub ist, sehr gut ist. Die Vermieterin war aus familären Gründen nicht anwesend, daher kann ich nur meine telefonischen Kontakte bewerten. Diese waren sehr freundlich. Der Schlüssel wurde uns von einem sehr netten älteren Mann übergeben. Das hat bestens funktioniert.
An der Balkontür war zwar ein Insektengitter vorhanden, leider aber beschädigt und daher nicht ganz wirkungsvoll. Am Fenster war kein Insektengitter, was zu Folge hatte, dass wir währen dem Fernsehen im Zimmer einige Schnaken, eine Hornisse und andere Insekten hatten. Da das Zimmer klein ist, mussten wir die Balkontür und das Fenster kippen um etwas frischere Luft im Zimmer zu haben. Meiner Meinung fehlt im Bad eine Matte, damit man, wenn man aus der Dusche heraus steigt, nicht Gefahr läuft auf den Fliesen auszurutschen.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht
Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet
Sehr nette Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer erreichbar
Eigener Badestrand am Wolfgangsee,
da steinig, sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen
Es hat uns sehr gefallen 😀
