The property itself self was large, clean and very comfortable.
The location is not good. It is right by a motorway which you can hear when outside (luckily not too much inside) but given we had chosen to stay partly due to the setting, this was a disappointment. Also, to be aware, the area around is full of industry / chemical plants (not a great location for a run as we found out). In addition, the gardens itself look nice online but are full of random pieces of tacky art - such a shame. There is also a railway museum next to the reception model full of those creepy wax work models.
