The room was clean. Good for a one night stay.
There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. There is no hairdryer and it was very difficult to contact anyone because this property has no staff. It is quite expensive for the little amenities it offers and it is off season. The beds make a lot of noise, they should put some sort of felt on the legs. You can hear beds moving from other apartments.

What I like the most for this property is its location, which is along the airport bus line A42. It's within 15 min walking distance from the Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy, which provides an alternative option of accommodation for the academy. There are nearby restaurants and convenience store.
The facilities and cleanliness of the property should be improved, for example a better wifi coverage.
