Room and premises are incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The staff is unbelievably nice and attentive and spoiled us. The views from there are amazing. Loved everything about our stay.

The hotel is just stunning ! Service was exceptionnal! People super kind ! Dog friendly! Rooms are beautiful and super clean! And full small attentions that are absolutely lovely!
The prices of the beverages and the food are out of proportion! They should adjust a little to market standard.

The room watching the sunset with a view to Piensa.
Something doesn’t feel right in having to inform during the morning if you are going to have dinner, or the same with the breakfast that you have complete a form of what you are going to eat the next day, and each day and at what time.
Staff needs more training on standard hotel management and services.
