Our experience was really memorable and didn't feel like going out for sightseeing at all. We just spent one day outside for sightseeing and shopping. It was one of our friends birthday and they had arranged birthday decoration as suprise for our friend. Talk to the caretaker Ajeeth and explain your requirement like sightseeing package, food arrangement..etc in advance to have a peaceful stay. You can cook yourself, if required as they have everything for you there to do the same.

The house was well maintained with all the facilities as mentioned and located in a prime location. Moreover, the caretaker, Ajith was very responsible and helpful. We were visiting thekkady for the first time and he briefed us about what we could do in thekkady and he even arranged an offroad safari for us upon our request. The house was also well equipped with all the amenities as mentioned in booking.com. There are many hotels and stores within a 500m radius.
Overall it was a wonderful experience.
