Haad Yuan is as beautiful as when I first was there 15 years ago!
Pool and lounges are great - lots of seating options
I was there over the weekend and didn’t find it too noisy
I really enjoyed the pina coladas.
I would stay again, but a few comments for improvements :)
My shower plug and sink both had hair in them - not very clean 😢
No hot water in my room. The signs says you need to wait for up to 15minutes. That seems wasteful so I only tried on my last night so I could wash my hair - no luck.
Hot breakfast options were sometimes all meat based.
Website description of hill room “Middle Zone Gentle Hillside Charm Set in the mid-hillside zone, offering a pleasant walk” - vs the high hill which is described as a steep walk. Well, my hill room was 75+ steps and i walked past one of the high hill rooms -descriptions should be updated.
I didn’t like the huge plastic sign in my room with yoga poses - I think this would be better in a booklet.
Some of the bean bags are leaking beans onto the beach.
Although this is an issue in much of Thailand - I was disappointed by the single use plastic for all drinks.
Suggestion - since there are many outside guests over the busy weekends maybe they could have a sun bed fee or minimum spend?

Wonderful and beautiful place. The people working there were so so sweet and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and esthetic , beautiful beach and almost no people . We loved it.
