The location is really close to the center
The stairs - all rooms are either on the 1st or 2nd floor. There are no lifts so going up the steep stairs to the 2nd floor with heavy suitcases is very challenging.
Also reception is done for the day around 1pm. We didn’t arrive till 3ish and while it was easy to get the key from the instructions, it would have been nice to get some communication from reception to see how we’re going and if things are all ok after check in. The communication could have been better, not that it was bad but it could have been more attentive throughout the stay.

Beautiful old building in wonderful central, old town, location. Mountain views and serene courtyard garden.
No lift, so be prepared for steep stairs to rooms. To be expected in such a lovely historic building.

Very good location. Clean and cozy as small property.
Very large individual solid stairs. This property has no lift so this should be in description to say they don’t have much in the way of accessibility. No ramps,
Our room was nice but my husband could just reach the hangers in the wardrobe and he’s 6foot.
