The apartment has been furnished and decorated with thought and care and to a high specification. Lovely light, spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean. Stunning view. Just a few minutes walk to the town/harbour and beaches, a few more minutes walking back up the hill though! Will certainly look to return and will recommend to others.

Fantastic property the sea view from the lounge bay window is stunning and from the balcony in the master bedroom this property is clean and spacious and the added touch of the use of the harbour hotel and spa I would recommend the high tea at this hotel as it’s fantastic value for money lovely sandwiches and cakes the staff at this hotel and spa are very welcoming so if you want a touch of luxury I would recommend staying at this apartment the host liz is very lovely and helpful if you need her. Also to add the apartment has its own allocated parking directly outside the apartment fantastic apartment and fantastic host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very spacious, lots of cupboard space, lovely balcony and a nice view

We have just returned from a fantastic week in St Ives. The apartment was lovely and very well located. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beach was very close and the main centre was also within easy reach (only an 8 minute walk away). It was also great to use the hotel pool on our final day when the weather was a little bit hit and miss. We have stayed at other properties in St Ives and the parking at this apartment is by far the best (a big plus if you have an SUV). Thanks Liz for the amazing communication throughout our booking. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely time at St Ives and our stay at the apartment was so enjoyable. Furnishings were lovely, location ideal, views beautiful and during this COVID situation cleanliness was really good. I would recommend for sure.

A super property in a very convenient location next to beaches, cliff top walks and St Ives.

The condo we rented was gorgeous and in a great location. We were able to walk to the town and around the many footpaths in the area. Parking was a little tight next to the building but a lot closer than the long stay parking. We will definitely recommend this condo to any friends who might consider a stay in St Ives

Liz was a wonderful host. I had many questions since we were coming from California & she always answered me right away. The apartment is the perfect location for walking into the village or going to the beach. We loved the “St.Ives Bakery” for coffee & croissants every morning. Thanks again Liz!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Unit was larger than I anticipated, and there was adequate room for our family of four. The apartment is light, bright and area. Looks like it is either new or newly refurbished. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Ocean views were wonderful From the living room and the master bedroom balcony. The pictures don't do it justice, and overall the unit was nicer than expected. Location is great, easy walk downhill to town and the beach. Would stay here again.

I absolutely adore this apartment, I don't think I could ever stay anywhere else when I visit St Ives again. The views from the living room and bedroom are breathtaking. Liz and Dave are lovely hosts, accessing the apartment was easy, and they were extremely helpful (and patient) advising me during the booking process too. The apartment is exactly as pictured: spacious, comfortable and very clean. Location wise it is ideally located, a short walk from the main attractions and highly recommended restaurants. There is a great guide prepped by L & D for the home as well as what to do around town. Access to the Harbour Spa is a great addition, we made use of the gym and spa facilities - it's a lovely hotel. The only problem was the weather but nothing anyone can do about that!

This was our first trip to St Ives and the apartment really made our stay perfect and the views from the living room and main bedroom are amazing. It rained heavily on our second day there so staying in such a nice place made up for the rubbish weather. We were also able to use the swimming pool in the hotel located across the road.Luckily the rest of our time there the weather did pick up and the location of the apartment was great for access to the porthminster beach and also St Ives town centre. Great for travelling with 2 little ones. We had trouble getting into the bin store but Claire was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back.

Wow!!! What a beautiful apartment, although the photos are great they really don't do justice to how lovely this place is, the beds are extremely comfy, the bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean with lovely strong showers, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need (including a seperate wine chiller fridge 😁👍🏻) the lounge is comfortable, light and airy with huge sash windows almost down to the floor which, when we were in, we had open all the time so we could hear the sea which is just across the road. Location is excellent, just a 5 minute stroll to the centre of St Ives or the harbour. We love it here so much that we have just paid our deposit to return for the third time next year ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻

Very well appointed apartment - everything you would want

We chose this apartment for its proximity to our sons wedding venue, We can say without any reservation it was a fantastic choice. The apartment was perfectly laid out with plenty of space for all 4 members of our party. The amenities are modern and well presented, even includes a windbreaker for the beach, and an umbrella for the rain, although we didn't have any luckily. Porthminster View is definitely at the top of our list for any future visits to this lovely area of Cornwall, and we can recommend with any hesitation both the apartment and it's brilliant owners, who are more than happy to help with any situation. Thank you for letting us your property.

The good: - Apartment is lovely, well sized, has everything you would want, and is very clean and cosy - great location being not more than 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants etc... - fantastic views over the beach - Access to a local gym and wellness centre (weather was gorgeous when we were there, but useful should you be rained in!) - Has 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) The not so good: - Not really a negative, but bear in mind the apartment only has 1 parking space, which is great if you only have 1 car in your party, but parking is a bit of a bitch in St Ives, for example the nearby station was completely full for our stay (tip: ask at the adjacent hotel, they let us use their car park for only £5/day) - We ran out of loo roll and there were no spares! Trust me we did not go through a full roll in our 3 days stay, hence it must have been provided with only a quarter roll or something. I contacted the owner who stated that since the apartment is let as self-catering, no spares are provided. Um ok. Not what I expected to be honest!! - check out is not mentioned anywhere I could find and was a measly (IMO) 10am The bad: - Nothing

Property is first class everything you need and couldn't get a better location for St Ives. Having the parking also is a added benefit. Views are amazing. Will defently recommend it to all my friends and we will defently be back .
