Good value for money. Convenient location for city centre. Limited parking available on street if you are lucky enough to find a space. Quiet and comfortable. Good WiFi which was very useful for a work stay.
You may not be lucky enough to get parking on the street outside. Surrounding streets are very crowded with parked cars as there are several guest houses all in a row. I had to drive around local streets several times to find a spot. This was not too much of a problem as I had a small car so could squeeze into a space and only a small bag to carry, but it’s worth knowing for visitors for whom parking close to the guest house is important.

Kitchen facilities were good
More ventilation in rooms, window was locked in bathroom although there was a fan but it was not removing steam from shower and bedroom window was hard to access to open. We stayed on a unusually warm day so needed to ventilate the room to cool down no AC probably not needed normally

I rented the room for my son, as his partner is currently in the snowdon stroke rehabilitation unit, he travels from Basingstoke Hampshire every day, being nearer her was a blessing.
Nothing, it was very clean very quiet he said, very comfortable and just a bus drive to the hospital.

Good quality bed linen, towels and toilet rolls
No breakfast available. My mistake I should have read the details properly but I expected a guest house to provide breakfast
