Exceptional

Location was fantastic, everything worked - well kitted out but cupboards not crowded. Just a very good quality place in a great location with brilliant views. Our plane was delayed and the host Eren met us at 3am to let us in! Also there was food, water, milk in the fridge which was really helpful.

Amazing stay in gorgeous Kalkan!

These apartments are wonderful in the best location in the old town with amazing views had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Hasan was the best host and made everything run smoothly 😊

Perfect location outstanding host.

The property is perfectly located for the beach clubs and restaurants. The apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Hassan is the perfect host.

Exceptional

The apt was extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bottled water was provided for our 3 days stay. Having a washing machine and two bathrooms was luxury. The terrace small pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it every evening, the view is great too. Having an iron was a plus. The location is perfect, in the middle of the busy shopping streets yet very secluded and silent and safe. Hasan was a brilliant host. Easily accessible through whatsapp and quick to respond to queries. My daughter was ill one day and I needed to go to the pharmacy to buy a covid kit. Hasan decided to call ahead and ask if they had one to save me the trouble incase they didn't have one.He also helped order in dinner as the restaurant only spoke turkish. Thanks to Hasan I felt really comfortable and safe to be staying with my kids in a foreign country for the first time. You will not regret your booking at Pier Apts. Thank you Hasan.

Would have loved a frying pan for breakfast eggs. Softer bed sheet covers would have been preferred but these are minor issues overall.

Fab location, everything we needed, can't recommend enough

We arrived very late as our flight was delayed but the owners stayed up so we could gain access to the property. It was much larger than expected, well stocked kitchen with milk and lots of water in the fridge, air conditioning throughout and lovely balconies. Great location in the old town. Couldn't be better!

A fantastic apartment within walking distance of everything that Kalkan has to offer.

The central location and friendliness of the host. It is just a magical area and the apartment is a home away from home with all of the amenities that one is used to at home such as washing machine and dishwasher.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better but all round a great place to stay

Exceptional

Wonderful place. Perfect location - few steps to restaurants and cafes, one minute to the beach, few minutes to shops, but on the quiet street. Clean and Furnished like home, with all necessary amenities. If you’ll need anything extra - host will provide it right away. We especially enjoyed Hasan’s warm hospitality, willingness to help and vast knowledge of Kalkan and its surroundings. We definitely will return and recommend it to our friends.

Very good

Very nice “Tulip” apartment. 2 bedrooms, living room with a kitchen and you could need there, 2 bathrooms and an amazing roof terrace with its own jacuzzi🤩 Location couldn’t be better, 2 min from the beach and a sea view. The staff is just AMAZING, very friendly and ready to help all the time.

The water in one of the bathrooms was only with cold water. But another bathroom was excellent!

This is the place to stay in kalkan if you want everything around you .

The location was absolutely stunning right in hub of kalkan old town fantastic location for restaurants ,harbour ,boat trips, the beach is 2mins The apartment had everything you could possibly need full kitchen equipment washer/dryer dishwasher microwave fridge freezer It is spotlessly clean Hasan our host so nice nothing was any trouble for him he arranged our tranfers for us There was a great welcome pack also milk butter bread cheese jam fruit and water everything you need to get you off to a good start for your holiday Our apartment also had a fabulous jacuzzi plunge pool on rooftop so you could be cooling off while taking in gorgeous sea views sunloungers and pool towels also supplied. Highly recommend these apartments.
