Personalul a fost foarte amabil, a încercat și a și reușit să ne facă să ne simțim bine.
Au fost niște restricții legate de aruncarea hârtiei in vasele de wc. Apa caldă nu era disponibilă permanent sau dura foarte mult până ajungea la robinet.
Nu se goleau zilnic coșurile de gunoi.

The location, the staff, the breakfast choice. The beach club service
The air conditioner was flowing the freezing air direct to the bed, and without that it was impossible to sleep because of the heat. When turning on the aircon, it was freezing. No air was moving during the night when the door was open. No mosquito net on the door, so we had some bugs in the room.

The location is just perfect, right across the beach and about 20 minutes walking distance to the city. The sunbads on the beach were free of charge for the hotel guests. The beach was nice and clean and the water was lovely. There were a lot of people staying up late at the beach to watch the sunset. The beach staff very kind and the service was very prompt. The food on the beach and in the restaurant was delicious. There is also a charming bar when you can hava drinks.
The room was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Together with the beach, the bar and restaurant you have everyting you need if you don't want to be moving around too much.
We noticed that late in the evinings and early in the mornings there was no hot water for the showers, but we discussed this and they said they can fix that. Also, for our four night's stay we did not get the room or the bins cleaned, which I think can be improved.

The hotel is very well located, with the beach right across the street and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A big plus is that hotel guests get free access to sun loungers, parasols and beach chairs. The beach services are also great!
We also really enjoyed the à la carte breakfast served at the table. It’s pleasant and feels more qualitative than a classic buffet.
What we liked less 👎
Unfortunately, the breakfast service is quite slow, which can be a little frustrating in the morning.
We were also disappointed with the housekeeping. During our 3-night / 4-day stay, our room was never cleaned and the shower towels were never changed. We had to ask twice to get fresh towels. We find this quite disappointing and not very hygienic, especially after coming back from the beach.
Overall, the location and beach access are definitely the hotel’s biggest strengths!
