After the heat and bustle of st emilion thus is where you want to stay. Host Edouard says he wants us to feel at home. If only this was home. Stylish spacious room with crisp robes, pressed sheets , select antiques , modern bathroom, discreet toilette - downstairs pool and comfortable layouts fight for our attention over velvet encased lounges and equally smooth cognac. I had to prise my husband out of there with a breakfast picnic thoughtfully provided by edouard as we continued our Bordeaux discovery.

It was superb! Loved the building, room., pool - everything! Edouard looked after us brilliantly!
We would highly recommend - a beautiful haven just outside the hectic town!

Lovely hotel , tastefully decorated with large restaurant and swimming pool on site. Free parking, elevators. You can rent bikes at the hotel and ride around
it was some of the hottest days in July and AC could not keep up in our room. Lots of kids by the pool so I guess its more for families with younger kids vs romantic getaways
