Everything was perfect, especially the way staff treat us, they were very flexible and accommodating and made us feel home, definitely made us want to visit more often now

Beautiful place, nice Saturday party
The service level is genuinely appalling. The staff is just not properly trained. Housekeeping would go into the dorm at 11 AM and talk loudly for an hour, completely disregarding the possible presence of sleeping guests. They were unable to answer basic questions about the place and requests like asking a staff member to point the way to the dorm because I had gotten lost on the property felt like such excruciating and complex tasks to them that they would just roll their eyes and call a “superior”, who did just that thing all over again. I felt absolutely not taken care of during my stay and other people I talked to shared the exact same sentiment.
