The food was delicious and very filling.
The staff were polite and friendly.
The hotel is not very far from the metro, making it easy to get around. 10 minits by foot for us
Everything was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable.
There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, although this was clearly stated in the room description, so we knew about it in advance. However, it was impossible to buy cold bottled water nearby, which made the lack of a refrigerator inconvenient.
The air conditioner wasn't cool enough for us. Even with the temperature set to the minimum, the room still felt warmer than 23°C.
After 10:00 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., there was no designated smoking area inside the hotel, so the only option was to go outside. During the rest of the day, smoking was allowed only in the inner courtyard.

Nice, clean, warm, cozy, 24/7 reception friendly staff.
The parking was 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Not big disadvantage.

Most things met my expectations or exceeded them.
IMO, the location is great, a few minutes from a subway station, that is well connected to the city.
The breakfast was good, maybe a better fruit selection could be something to improve.
The room was a good size.
The staff was helpful.
This might not mean much to others, but others like me that travel most often with limited toiletries due to fluid limitations and restrictions to shaving possibilites, I would say that the biggest downside was that there was no conditioner or shaving options.
Also, that the body soap was the same as the soap for washing one´s hands was not a positive experience.
