Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer (Upgrade vom Hause aus bekommen). Unser Hund war sofort herzlich willkommen und das Personal war soooo freundlich. Ich kann das Landhaus Altwirt nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben es für 1 Nacht gebucht. Wären tatsächlich auch gerne länger geblieben .

The Landwirt is a charming little hotel located 40 minutes from Munich by car. It's also located in the middle of three lakes (Kirchsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee), which can also be easily reached by car. Our room was clean and roomy, the beds were very comfortable and despite the ongoing heat wave, the room kept quite cool. Although it is important to mention that there is no AC in the rooms. The continental breakfast was modest, but fine for what it was. The food in the restaurant was excellent, however, and the service was fast and friendly, with the exception of one small incident with our bill, which was quite unsatisfyingly resolved by the waitress. All in all we had a pleasant experience at the hotel, which was not in small part due to its location.
