Excellent friendly staff who would go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. The food was great! Great presentation, very tasty and huge variety. Very well done. The white wine was very good and chilled to perfection!

At the swimming pool, towels could not be returned after 7:00 PM, which is acceptable. However, the towels could not be turned in when the pool opens the next morning because there were no cards available. The swimming pool starts with zero cards with the HOPE that customers will be requesting towels as soon as they open in the morning. This is completely unacceptable.

The spa experience was amazing, as well as the pool and bars. Karaoke was Amazing!!

The food level was Subpar compared to the rest of the food experience in Ecuador. Ecuadors food is typically rich and full of flavor. I was thoroughly disappointed in this aspect. If this was my only food experience in Ecuador, then I would have thought Ecuadors food was the worst in South America. The service however, was exquisite.

The staff were amazing!! Rooms were large clean and comfortable. But.... the chef is the best. He made it worth the trip.
