Muy bonito y agradable entorno.
Pese a haber agendado con una semana ; me topo con la novedad que parte de sus instalaciones estaban en mantenimiento (gimnasio, toboganes); además pagué por 2 personas auque solo fui yo. (Esto no tiene la culpa el resort) pero hubiera sido agradable algún tipo de compensación por lo primero. Y una explicación o alternativa por lo segundo. El personal en general muy agradable; pero el de recepción en los turnos que me tocó interactuar lo sentí frío y poco empatico.

Lugar para disfrutar en familia, muy acogedor y muy buena atencion.
En el parque infantil deberian de colocar algo para poder descansar los adultos mientras disdrutamos de como juegan nuestros hijos, algo a considerar tambien es las piscinas justo el dia domingo esytan a full las dos instalaciones que tienen, que no se tenia un lugar cerca donde poderse ubicar.

Tuve un inconveniente después de realizar el check Out, si me comuniqué para reportar el incidente y solicitar ayuda, la operadora que tomó el requerimiento fue muy amable.
