The staff were so nice, the location was spot on and enjoyed the breakfast. Eventhough it is located in the centre of Istanbul and near the famous istiklal street it was a quiet hotel (family like) and super charming with a cute cat named Ziya surveying the hotel all day long (sleepingš)
Before arriving i have requested a specific layout but they informed me that its not available on my arrival date and they gave me a suite that was supposed to be the bigger one in size. There were things missing like a telephone and I requested to be installed which they came the next day and just left the phone on the table saying that they will bring a longer wire but they never came back. A follow up was never done about it. Additionally i have booked a taxi with them which was agreed that it will be a fixed price, at my surprise the taxi driver asked for more money saying that he need to follow the prompter and add additional charges (taxes). Kindly ensure to communicate with accordingly with the taxi driver as some tourists will be naive and afraid to miss their flight and might go with such scam with taxi.

The location is fantastic and the staff incredibly friendly. Just a two-minute walk from Istiklal Street, itās surrounded by cosy cafes and restaurants. The spacious and clean suite featured a fridge freezer, electric kettle and stove.
