Located just steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. Our condo is also conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door. Upon entering our three-story condo, you are instantly drawn to the living room balcony with oversized sliding doors that let the gentle ocean breeze cool the spacious living areas. From the kitchen area you are able to see the Pismo Pier and historic downtown area. The condo features dark hardwood flooring, terra cotta pavers, granite counters, and high-end finishes throughout. The vertical nature of the condo allows for ocean, mountain and city views from several living areas and the rooftop deck. The casita, located at ground level, is a separate sleeping suite with mini-kitchenette. Discrete access to the casita provides additional privacy for guests desiring detached solitude. The casita suite has a queen bed fitted with fluffy crisp white linens, small refrigerator, microwave, and full bathroom outfitted with toiletries. Up the flight of stairs, upon exiting the casita, is the main living areas; also with separate keyed access. The living room, dining and kitchen areas are located on the first floor. Guests move from each living area to the next with ease with the condo’s open floor plan. The owner's selection of upscale furnishings and linens are in a soothing cream and sea glass color palette. The kitchen has gourmet grade appliances, quartz counter tops, and is well stocked with cooking utensils and serving dishes. The kitchen table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Your suite awaits you after a day at the beach, or wine tasting at nearby wineries. The master suite and third bedroom are located on the second floor, both of which are outfitted with crisp white sheets, fluffy pillows and fine toiletries. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination, and a full size laundry facility. The third level is the condo’s grandest living space yet - rooftop living area with 360 panoramic view of nearby mountains and oceanfront. Whip up your coastal cuisine on the natural gas BBQ center, or pull up a comfy chair at the dining table, which has seating for six. In need of an afternoon nap? Take up your space on the outdoor sofa for a nap under the warm Pismo Beach sun. This condo is not handicap compliant. The condo is three stories, and stairs should be considered if traveling with a guest with limited mobility or small children. No parties greater than 6 guests without prior disclosure and consent. The secured garage offers parking for 2 automobiles. Pets are prohibited. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the condo. We have teamed with local wineries and wine guides to enhance your vacation rental experience. One of the nicest places I have stayed. Everything was so very well organized and very clean. Towels and sheets were so soft my friends took pictures of the labels. So well equipped with kitchen items, bath and beach wagon, chairs, towels and toys. No clutter and I like that the refrigerator was empty with no yucky leftovers from previous guests.I would highly recommend this place. Short walk to beach area and wonderful view from the rooftop area.

Had a great time. Great location. Great communication. Was able to check in early. that was a plus since we were traveling from out of town. Beds were OK to sleep on. Lots of stairs, but it didnt get in the way too much. My only complaint was the water pressure and temperature. Of the 3 showers, the upstairs guestroom shower had the best pressure and was the only one to really get hot enough to shower in. Other then that, great experience. Thank you for letting us stay there! Will definitely come back again!

It's just close enough to be walking distance to the beach and main drag but in a very quiet, chill neighborhood. Perfect for a family beach visit.
Wifi worked great, rooftop deck was lit. Needs more beach towels and maybe some beach gear and it would be a 10.

This was a very nice place that served our needs well. We were only two couples but this house could sleep two more adults in a proper bed. The roof deck was lovely, unfortunately we were not able to use it while we were there due to weather, but seems like it would be a nice relaxing spot. The casita was great for privacy from the rest of the house, however it shares a common landing space with the other condo and while we were there the other guests were very loud and obnoxious. We just ignored them, but if another group potentially being in your space or noisy is a concern for you, then this might not be the right fit. Also the rooftop areas are both accessed by a common staircase and again this could be a deterrent for some since you’re very close to other guests. The kitchen is equipped nicely. I would however suggest that they add some proper cutting boards. There is just one old cracked wood board that has seen better days and can’t be properly sanitized. Overall would probably stay here again. Very close to everything downtown, nice restaurants and the beach and pier. Maybe a 5-10 min walk.

The condo was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to enjoy after a day out and three well appointed and private bedrooms. We enjoyed easy drives to hike in Montana Del Oro State Park, and visit Avila Beach and Morro Bay.
The management company provided all needed information for self-check in/check out, and easy communication made our stay an outstanding experience.
We’ll definitely return with more friends and rent two side by side condos in the fall.

Seemed much safer than staying at a hotel. This condo is in a very convenient location at Pismo which allows you to walk to everything in downtown Pismo. Was a little cold to utilize the great rooftop...a firepit or heater would be an excellent touch. The ‘casita’ was the perfect solution allowing grandma to literally have her own sleeping quarters. Their directions stated to bring paper plates and utensils, but the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.
