About this villa rental
Recently renovated house (on the second line of the sea), located just 5 minutes walk from the Marina of Cala d'Or, where you can find numerous restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. Only 50 meters away you can enjoy one of the many white and fine sand beaches in the area, called Calo de's Pou.
The Chalet is distributed on two floors:
On the upper floor there is the kitchen with pantry, the living room, a toilet and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On this floor there is also a barbecue and two terraces overlooking the pool and the sea.
On the lower floor there are three large bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms en suite and a full bathroom. On this floor there is a large porch where there is a ping-pong table, large sun terraces, private pool and private garden.
The house is located 60 kilometers from the Mallorca airport, approximately one hour by car.

This villa is spectacular. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfy beds, a TV/DVD set up that worked!, wonderful pool (10m x 5m), kids toys and inflatables, pool/beach towels provided, cushions for the 10 sun loungers, decent air conditioning, loads of off road parking, table tennis…. The host, Pere, is kind, takes a real pride in his villa, and we were left with no doubt that if there had been any issues (there weren’t) he would have sorted them out asap. A welcome pack of food and drink was also supplied. Toilet paper was supplied for the week, bedding and towels were changed half way through the week, and the pool was unobtrusively maintained several times during our stay.Lastly, location is brilliant. The villa is on a lovely quiet lane. There is a small beach about 100m away. Cala Egos centre for restaurants / bars / shops is a 5 minute walk. Cala D’Or marina is a 10 minute walk. Cala D’or nightlife centre is 5 minutes in the car or a 25 minute walk away. Really this is one of the best, if not the best, of the many villas we have stayed at over the years. Credit goes to Pere for the high quality experience we enjoyed.

Perfect stay in a beautiful location. Pool, house, everything even better than expected. Check-in, Check-out, all Smoothie and very kindly done by the host Pere, who is very nice and helpful!

We had a fantastic holiday in this big house. The house was very good for a big family ( we were 9 persons ) with a lot of space indoors and outdoors.
The pool was excellent for small children because of the wide stairs in one of the ends. We spent a lot of great time here.
The owner Pete is so helpful and gives great information and service . Never met such a great host when renting a house before.
