Theresa was very welcoming and keeps a spotless house. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.
My only criticism would be the mattress was a bit uncomfortable as I have a bad back but my wife had no complaints.

Everything was very good. Teresa is a really lovely lady & great host. The bedroom was very spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed ( & a top sheet which I love and very few places seem to have now) and good sized shower room. Location was perfect for me. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and all very well presented and tasty too 😋.
Would definitely love to stay there again.
