Villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens (one of them exterior) with splendid 180º sea views. Outdoor pool with possibility of air conditioning (With additional cost if desired)
Newly remodeled with air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and living room (included in the price), it has on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large living rooms, kitchen and terrace, on the middle floor 2 rooms, two bathrooms , sauna and terrace, finally, on the ground floor- swimming pool an independent apartment that has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
It has an incredible new infinity pool, with extra option of air conditioning (€ 350 / week. Only necessary when it is not summer. Water at 26ºc - 27ºC even at Christmas), which consists of two differentiated depth zones for children to play, outdoor kitchen with bar, outdoor covered barbecue with bar, playground with gym, table tennis, table football, darts ...

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Casa Alba for a 3 generation family holiday. The villa is amazing and the views are sensational. You can see the entire coast for miles. There were 10 of us, including 3 children aged 6, 3 and 7 months, so much time was spent in the infinity pool which was perfect. We were there in May/June so it was a good decision to pay extra for the pool heating to ensure that the water temperature was comfortable. The outdoor kitchen and dining facilities were used every day. The barbecue was great. And the table tennis and darts were well frequented.The villa is built on a number of levels on the side of a hill so there are a lot of steps, but none of us had any problems, and this was very clear when we booked the property. The views from every level were the rewards for the additional step count.The communication with the owner Ignacio before our arrival was excellent, and Marilen was very helpful in showing us around the property as it takes a while to get used to the layout. Marilen also responded very quickly to a few other questions that we had.Two things to be aware of. 1) It can get very windy on some days because you are in an exposed position. 2) You do need to protect against biting insects. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Alba for a family holiday. A beautiful house in a beautiful part of Spain.

Ignatio and Marilen were the perfect hosts. They made us feel at home. The villa was everything we expected and more. If you love space, eating outside, swimming and relaxing in a stunning, elevated setting, close to shops and sea, this place is difficult to beat. Loved it. Thank you

Without a doubt you've got a spectacular view here. However, the house is really quirky. Three kitchens (including one outdoor) but they are super tiny and not chef friendly at all. Comfort level for the beds was about 5/10. The bathrooms were dated and awkward with tiny showers and/or climb over tubs and the bath towels seemed as if they were washed with handsoap in the local river... Also, the wifi was spotty all week and the TV required an engineering degree to operate (4 remotes with poor instructions) Would not recommend.
