Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Mallorca Aufenthalt im Dezember.

Das Appartement war sehr schön ausgestattet, bot eine gute Aussicht und hatte eine gute Lage. Die Kommunikation erfolgte per Mail und WhatsAPP.

Durch einen um 2 Stunden verspäteten Flug nach Palma kam ich am Appartement bei Dunkelheit an und hatte Schwierigkeiten wie einige vor mir, die Unterkunft zu finden. Die Bilder zeigen die Rückseite des Appartements.

Very good

Location is great, friendly staff and nice pool. Comfortable rooms. Good air con.

The sun beds were often broken or alot of bird poo. One if the showers didn't drain well.

Super recommend it!

The apartment was super confortable with a balcony bigger than I expected! Rooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. Great location! Next to two Calas, wich you can go by walk and next to a lots of restaurants, lots of options. There is also a mini market at the one of the entrances. I super recommend this apartment!

Great holiday location and apartment.

The levels of service were brilliant. Antonio, mentioned in several other reviews, was the reason we chose this apartment and he didn't disappoint. From the minute we confirmed our booking to after the holiday he was helpful and friendly. From providing advice, booking taxis, leaving a bottle of water in the apartment to fixing any issue when it came up. The apartment was lovely, views from the balcony were great, the location was perfect for a family with 2 boys. Not too close to town but not too far away so you could walk in within 15-20 minutes. There's a strip of restaurants around the corner if you don't want to walk into the centre of Cala D'Or. The closest beach is less than 5 minutes walk and has deck chairs, umbrellas and safes for hire. You can also take out pedallos and SUPs. The beach in August wasn't overly crowded. The pool, we were often the only people there, so can thoroughly recommend, though there is no lifeguard. The grass area next to it allows relaxing on the loungers or grass. The apartment was suitably furnished, the sofa beds were comfortable enough for adults, even at 6'1" (183cm) tall. Table and chairs inside for dining as well as additional set on the balcony. The air conditioning worked well and was essential during the peak temps of 40C. The fridge a useful facility for keeping drinks and snacks fresh. The bathroom was lovely and matched the photos shown. The balcony on the top floor was great as gave nice views and had a sunshade that could be retracted. Although overlooking the road it was not noisy during the day. In the evening the local hotel and karaoke bar would start entertainments but were never too loud especially if the windows were closed. The Polynesian bar directly outside was never noisy. There's a Spar directly underneath the apartment, but we'd recommend walking 300m to the Suma Cala d'Or Fruit, far better selection and better prices (non tourist).

Having to go home and say goodbye to Antonio! Otherwise there's nothing we can think of.

lovely garden and pool area. Shop just around the corner. 350 meter to beach. Nice location. big balcony with view.

Superb

Spacious apartment with great comfy beds. Everything handy and Cala D'or centre only a short walk away.

Microwave needed a good scrub but wasn't using it so not worth fussing over.

Good Value April Stay

Exellent value and Antonio was very helpful including arranging taxis. Very comfortable beds. We had a good size balcony with a view through to the beach.

The apartment is clean but a bit dated and some of the towels were paper thin, so much so that one actually had holes in it. Also the apartment has a safe but we had to pay 15 Euro for the key.

Superb

Beautiful large balcony, peacefulness, privacy. Well equipped kitchen, cleaning utensils available.

- The kitchen and living room furniture looked a bit dated, but I did not have an issue with it (my companion did). - We booked on the same day, so when we arrived, the reception staff had already left, it was dark and I was confused how we could access our room. We had not received any instructions. I phoned the number on Booking.com and a guy came and let us in. - Hardly any parking spaces. - Might be difficult to access for disabled people.

Passable

The owner, after returning home, accused me of not paid the tax. I had paid to his employee in cash on the first day of my arrival. I have been traveling all over the world for 10 years and I have not encountered anything like that before. Shame.

Good communication!!!

Good service, good communication and due to low-season no issues with having had off schedule check-in and check-out times. And he left a letter with recommendations for restaurants etc. Well appreciated.

Cutlery in kitchen was a bit dirty, had to wash everything we wanted before using it
