We did not have the breakfast. The location was fabulous near lots of eating places within short walking distance. The owner was super friendly and very accommodating.
The fridge was very small with the bottle holder broken. It could not accommodate a large water bottle.

コスパが非常に良いこと。家族5人で２泊、泊まれてこの価格は想定外。しかし、ちゃんと基本の設備には事欠かない。自分たちにとっては十分過ぎるほど十分でした。また、隣のさらんばんの焼肉屋も兼ねてされている店主の丁寧な態度。姿勢、素晴らしいものでした。またわずか1分ほどで行けるコンビニ近くの立地条件も良かったです。電車やバスも乗りやすい。
あえて言うならエアコン。多分６畳用のエアコン。京都で最高気温が３９度の時、部屋の端はなかなか涼しくならない。あとはバスと一体のトイレだが、ウォシュレットがあるといいかなと思った。ちなみにウォシュレットは1階にあるので、そこを使えば事足りた。あと、やはり大都会、京都なので周辺のコインパーキングは沢山あるが高め、車で行く時は駐車代の準備は必要。

清潔感がありリーズナブルでコスパ良かったです。
宿泊のみの利用なら十分だと思います。
緊急車両やバイクなどの大き目な音が出る乗り物が通過する時には少し気になりました。
