Convenient facilities such as microwave, water dispenser (room temperature, hot and cold) with desks and tables on the ground floor. Ice cube machines on 2nd floor with washing machine service (400 Yen per use, self operated). Hotel staff trying their best to arrange preferable room.
Tiny flies attracted by white desk light in the evening. No clues where exactly they are come from (window kept shut, perhaps from bathroom ventilator or sink hole). They were not here in winter-spring time in previous stays. Water bottles and tea bags are no longer re-supplied daily (cleaning service every 3 days). Guests have to ask for the re-supply at the reception desk. Water pressure from shower tap not as strong as previously.

Very good value for money, close to a lot of stations so it’s easy to get around the city. The rooms are a bit small for 2 people but it’s still amazing for the price.

Very clean and location close to station was helpful.
Not all staff were consistent with their service. Although all staff were kind and friendly, some were very helpful but some were not as helpful with location details or advice.

The room size was ok.
It was close to a train station.
The staff at the front desk were nice.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and extremely noisy. We asked to move but were told we couldn’t.
There were no facilities apart from microwaves and a coffee machine (which you had to pay for) in a communal eating area.
No restaurant in the hotel.
We did use the laundry room but dryer took hours so cost a lot.
There was no atmosphere in this hotel at all.
