Staff are good. There is a wine tasting in the lobby and free ice cream. I missed trying their on-site onsen, which is sad because I didn't have enough time. They provided us with matcha powder which my daughter loved. The breakfast is good and delicious but my only complaint is, it is VERY COLD when it arrives. They should deliver it with insulated bag or something to keep it warm.

Clean and spacious traditional room with tatami mats. Delicious breakfast and great amenities! The onsen, free ice cream, sake tasting and bookmark making were amazing! They also had a matcha set you could make your own matcha with, as well as free chargers to use. Very cool experience!

Just a pleasant hotel with great service. Close to public transportation. My girlfriend loved the scents you can personalize the room with.
