Casa pulitissima, letti comodi. Buona posizione per visitare Kyoto. Eravamo in 7 e avevamo due piani a disposizione. Tutto perfetto!

１階に一部屋、２階に一部屋あり、私たちは２階に宿泊しました。部屋のレイアウトが良く、使いやすく居心地の良い空間でした。また、リフォームしたばかりなのか、新しくとてもキレイな内装でした。掃除が行き届いていて、建物に入った瞬間にキレイな空気で清潔さを感じられるほどでした。部屋に入る時のドアを触った感触、階段や部屋の床を踏みしめる時の足裏の感触も心地よいものでした。セキュリティーは、玄関のカギがあり、２階の部屋に入るドアにカギがあり、安心でした。玄関でクツを脱ぎますが、１階と２階で共同の下駄箱でした。昭和の家屋の下駄箱ですね。これも悪くないです。キッチンは広々。お風呂とトイレはいっしょですがとても広かったです。所在地は四条大宮の駅からすぐ近く。壬生寺の並びにあり、幕末の新撰組の活躍を想像しながら散策しました。建物は細い路地にあって、閑静な京都の住宅街です。お散歩中のご近所さんとごあいさつをしたりして、ごきげんでした。歩いてすぐにコンビニと温泉のスーパー銭湯があります。また、四条大宮駅の近辺は京都の中心地のひとつです。駅前の四条通を東方向に歩くと、烏丸、寺町、河原町までは遠くなく、歩くのも楽しい京ぶらコースですから立地は良いです。例えば（堀川通りを越えると）青山から原宿を歩くようなものです。事前決済でメールでやりとりしてチェックインは暗証番号で入室しました。チェックアウトも無人でできます。電話対応もしてくれました。全館禁煙です。またぜひ利用したいです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。
ホテル宿泊が慣れている人、民泊の無人チェックイン・チェックアウトに慣れていない人は、チェックインまで戸惑うかも知れません。まぁ、１回泊まれば慣れると思います。

The location(near activities and a grocery store) the shower and a free washing machine if you have the upper room
The mattress was so thin it was almost like sleeping on the floor, I’m used to sleep in thin bed but at least 2 thin could do the job
