The location and the view is amazing.
The hotel staff weren't friendly. They struggled to greet guests. They repeatedly asked us if we wanted a better room for an extra fee or if we wanted to dine in their restaurant. It seemed like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of us. I would appreciate it if they were more tactful with their customers.

It being located at a very secluded place tourists should not feel as trapped in terms of food and other entertainment. Quality and quantity of food/ beverages match the price and tourists must have a feeling of of getting value of money.
