The host was very friendly and have us great tips for local things to see. The room was comfy, clean, had aircon and was quiet at night. The location is great, a 5min walk to the main market and historic centre.
The wifi had been disabled which the host said was published on the website but nothing was mentioned on the booking.com listing. There was also no hot water but to be honest the September heat ment we were fine with the cold.

Jenny and her mother are one of a kind! The place is spotless, room very nice and location great to explore Palermo. Highly recommanded!
It’s already mentioned, parking is free on the streets in this part of Palermo, however, no parking places to be found. Jenny told us it’s because of the hospitals that surround her place. We ended up in a parking garage (Mike’s Beautiful Parking) nearby for 25 Euro for 24 hours. Be prepared that you’l have to leave your car key! Also highly recommanded!

Jenny is a great host always available to clarify any question, the apartment is in a walkable distance to old town, is clean and very organised.
When I booked was not clear to me that it was a room with shared common area, the kitchen was lacking basic utensils and the burners were missing in the hob, it's not possible to cook meals.
The parking is free on the street but it is in a really busy area, it's difficult to find a place to park even on weekends.
The wifi was connecting but internet was out for the whole stay.
