The location is perfect. All supermarkets, bakery's, fruit shops, the metro station Marjanishvili Street, apotheka's, all is nearby on max 1-3 minutes walking. It is not located in the tourist center but in another old and busy center of Tbilisi. From this location it is easy to walk to the Freedom Square (30 minutes). Also a lot of good restaurants nearby. Tbilisi is a real restaurant city with tasty food. Perfect tastefull tomatoes and shashlik. Good whine and beer.
A trip from and to the airport were arranged by the owner.
Nothing to remark here. The house is basic but good. The kitchen has everything but we preferred the restaurants, it's holidays isn't it? We, a family of 4, stayed 3 weeks with pleasure. You can hear the tennis court behind the location. There is a tennis academy.

لكن للامانه انصح فيه وبقوه.
غرفة الأولاد مافيها مكيف لكن إذا تركت الباب مفتوح يغطيها نوعا ما مكيف الصاله.

Супер хозяин. Сдаёт свой дом, делал для себя и с любовью. Живёт рядом, всегда на связи, угощает вином, возит на машине (таксист). Дом в глубине большого двора, соседи друг друга знают, вместе отмечают праздники за столом во дворе. Дом в 200м от метро, рядом всё необходимое для жизни. При этом двор тихий и суета вокруг не мешает спокойно спать.
Во двор ведёт тёмная зассанная арка. Пространство вокруг входа во двор - проходное, всегда много людей и животных. Попахивает соответственно. Дом в 1 этаж стоит на земле и утоплен в грунт. Вокруг мало света. Внутри всегда сумрак и высокая влажность, очень не хватает хорошей вентиляции (приточки и вытяжки, их нет). Рядом крытый теннисный корт, слышно как долбят по мячикам.
