Staff is so arrogant .we asked him to check toilet because it was blocked .so staff said that we make it dirty .as we entred in room in 1 minute we called to reception,but he didn't answer the call .and when he came in room he talk badly in portuguese.we never saw so arrogant man in Brazil . 11:30 in the night ,we are changing one room to another .and no staff to help with bags . Shower also bad.

The location as for the transportation and in.the center of sao paulo is good, but the neighborhood isn't safe, I recommend riding an uber or a taxi from the hotel.

My flight to sao paulo was delayed for 24 hours, so I've emailed the hotel through "booking" asking to change the checkin time and if they were going the charge me for the night i've missed but i didn't get a reply at all, when I've arrived the next day they couldn't find my reservation in the system right away, it took the guy like 30.minutes to understand that I was supposed to check in the day before and I got charged for the missed night as well
