Almost all the things. Literally one of the best experiences I’ve had.
The only thing that can be improved which relates to my stay was, the pool bar services could be much better. The barkeep was not there and we waited to place the order. Then after placing the order he went somewhere and we had to wait again for sometime to get our order.

The location is good and the cottages are well placed
Cramped place espescially the seagull restaurant that does not meet the 5 star standard and the chefs and waiters are all busy and moving in a crowded manner along with the guests. For a facility such as Taj Kovalam a larger restaurant space is required with higher ceilings giving the total experience of a 5-star property

The location and food and stay
Every events at the premiere was restricted with timings so couldn’t able to catch up.
There were no refrigerator and microwave at the room.
