Fault towers meets fantasy Island.

Location was great.

Over priced, had a faulty towers vibe. This facility was way overpriced for what it delivered. The staff tried their best but it was always hit or miss. The staff always looked stressed No on beach facilities except for the designated "happy hour" time.

Good elaborate breakfast

We booked a package with dinner included but dinner was restricted to one restaurant and also , most disappointingly , we were told that many items on the menu was not part of the package The liquor prices were most exorbitant

Pesticide spraying got to me near the swimming pool, ended up itching for a couple of hours.

The staff were very friendly. The garden, swimming pool and the beach area are maintained very clean.

I love the way they welcomed us. Place was awesome.

Food taste and quality was good. But they can add few more food items like idly, chapathi, dosa for the dinner buffet.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

Staff very polite and helpful including the hospitality staff,domestic staff,drivers,restaurant staff and even the lifeguard and beach security staff Excellent location The food was outstanding.Chef Tapan was always attentive.He was willing to go the extra mile to make whatever dish we wanted and the red mullet he cooked for us at the beach shack was just heavenly. I also want to mention General Manager Ritesh Choudhary who was always available to sort out issues promptly and to our complete satisfaction.He is a great manager and was leading the staff from the front always. Many thanks to all staff for making the stay memorable

Some issues with leaking aircon unit and bathroom lights.These were promptly resolved by very efficient and courteous staff Property is a bit dated and will need constant updating and maintenance. This does not deter us from visiting again because of the exceptional hospitality of the staff Lots of mosquitoes in the whole area.Rooms had mosquito repellant which was very effective Tea and snacks in the afternoon was agreat idea.Wish there was a variety of snacks every day rather than the same biscuits etc.Could have been warm food and sweets as we had at Taj Bekal last year

Best Luxury experience on ECR

The property is fabulous and very well maintained. The staff are doing an excellent job at customer service, i felt well cared for.

Quality of food is excellent, but menu can have some creativity. Standard room size and comfort is great, but needs some decor

Excellent and pleasant stay

Beautiful green property, with a clean private beach. Staff were so polite and helpful to our needs.

The open air bathrooms are something i like, but the birds from the top were not helping us to enjoy it though, a solution for the same needs to be found.

room was generously sized and well equipped public spaces, including pool, gardens were well maintained and peaceful a sitar player in main reception was a nice touch, playing for several hours a day, and echoing through the property and grounds

Very lovely vacation

Beach, diner, pool,

The room facing (?should be sea facing). The beaches need to be cleaned with modern equipment to get rid of plastic bottles etc dogs wandering creates nuisances… also room toilets were smelling ( need improved sewer pump system) bathroom taps leaked. The toilets walls can be painted for privacy.
