We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and welcoming. There was free on street parking just outside. It was peaceful at night. There is a shop just along the road. The rooms were small, but were clean. The village was peaceful. We stayed on a very hot day and it was very hot in the room, although a fan was provided. We ate in the pub below and the food was fantastic. Good portions and reasonably priced. The staff were great. We would stay here again if we were visiting Exeter, as it was only a 20 minute drive away.
How hot the room was. We really liked everything else.
