Location was amazing - just a few steps from the main sea front in Barra but very quiet. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was lovely - especially the homemade pastéis! I particularly liked the fact that you could fill up your water bottle with clean, filtered water - no need to buy more and more plastic!
The room was simple but had everything I needed. It was spotlessly clean. While I was only there for one night, I'd have no hesitation in returning or recommending it to others.

Passamos dias maravilhosos em Salvador e que bom que escolhemos a Acácia da Barra. Pousada simples, gostosa, muito bem localizada, com uma equipe que nos faz sentir em casa e um café da manhã farto, diverso e maravilhoso. Todo dia tinha tudo muito fresquinho, delícias regionais e eles ainda preparam ovos e tapiocas diversas, conforme o seu gosto. Você também pode aproveitar o espaço da pousada para comer o seu lanche, caso queira levar. O Bairro da Barra é seguro e agradável e a pousada fica perto de tudo. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom.
No período em que ficamos lá havia uma obra (na pousada e ao lado) e o barulho dos profissionais conversando e trabalhando não era tão agradável mas nada que desabone o período que passamos lá. Como ficamos a maioria do tempo fora, não causou grandes transtornos. Quando retornar a Salvador, fico aqui de novo.
