The breakfast was exactly as was shown in the pictures with a wide variety of items both savoury and sweet.
There was nothing for me to make a point about. The Hotel like many establishments is improving their facilities so certain parts of the hotel are not accessible for guests. This doesn't take away from the hotel experience in my opinion.

The property was very close to the center with restaurants and bars literally a few steps away. The breakfast was delicious and they served some delicious Bahian breakfast; as a foreigner I enjoyed it thoroughly. My room was clean but small. It was okay for me because I was travelling solo.
I loved everything about it. However, they was a bit of a challenge with the payment system. I had paid to reserve my room but upon arrival, I was told the payment hadn’t gone through although I received emails indicating the deduction from my account and the room confirmation. That was a bit confusing when I arrived. So I had to repay and request for it to be rectified, which they did. Going forward the customer should clearly be made aware of any changes.

The hotel is based in a great location and the breakfast is kind of good enough
The staff could be more proactive and work a little extra mile to their guests.
A more friendly approach would be much appreciated, some times looks we are begging for something and they reply time for online queris is over a day
