Relaxing little gem of a place. Loved it!

The location is absolute beautiful, with two private beaches you can enjoy. The place is simple, comfortable and unpretentious, which is my kind of vibe. I normally enjoy a more authentic experience, getting to know locals, etc. I was also traveling solo for the first two days and felt completely safe in the property. The owners, a lovely Italian mother-son duo were very welcoming , helpful and down to earth. They even helped me practice my Italian. The suite is large with two balconies facing the water. I really enjoyed sitting out there every morning. What a beautiful view! The property has a small private beach, which you can enjoy along with the beach from the property next door. I loved that it was calm and relaxing, some times I was completely by myself , which I loved and it was just what I needed to decompress. Because it’s less crowded than other resorts, you get to see more fish and it is a a good place to snorkeling. I got to see fish all around, enjoy the sound of the birds and watch the pelicans fly and dive, not to mention the sweet little butterflies that were fluttering around everywhere. You can also enjoy the restaurant/bar next door, as the place is currently under renovation, so it will eventually have its own terrace and bar/ cafe area. But even though they are renovating the place, there was no noise, so don’t let that stop you from visiting. I used a local taxi service to get around . It’s close to the airport (about15 minutes ) and the owner, Tiziana also arranged a taxi for me when needed. I will certainly return.

The only suggestion I would make would be to provide guests with a small coffee machine in the suite, so you don’t need to leave the room to get coffee.

Lovely welcome. Clean and well furnished rooms. Beautiful views.

Some of the kitchen equipment didn’t look hygienic.

Good and relaxing , private and quiet.

it is $26 USD from the airport and it has a private beach. there is a restaurant in the hotel next door but it is a bit far from other facilities ( market, shops, restaurants) This place is ideal for a short stay or if you have your own transport

Restful and adequate for business travel

The property was quiet and clean with a beautiful view of Antigua's north coast. There was also a beach just outside my door that I could visit.

The placement of electrical outlets or rather, lack of electrical outlets made using the kitchenette challenging. Internet in my room was spotty. I had to stay in one spot in the living room to ensure that it didn't drop out.

Good

I loved the staff; they were both very friendly, chatty and helpful. The room was nice enough, but the best thing about it was having a beach out the front door and a seaside decking/seating area out the back door with a sunset view. The little beach is really lovely. I'd definitely come back some day!

No proper breakfast available during my stay, but I understand they are working to renovate the property and they have plans for a breakfast/restaurant area :)

Great experience staying for the first time. Will be back again.

The location was fabulous as my balcony overlooked the Ocean. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Close enough to restaurants to grab a bite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A success for us and those who prefer independent, rather than expensive Resort accommodation.

We very much liked our room on the first floor with a front and rear balcony, both with a view and the sound of the sea. The surrounding garden which was well tended with a gorgeous huge bourganvillea 'trea' near the entrance. It was also very peaceful.

Limited access to amenities by foot, you will need a car or taxi to get about for longer stay

Friendly place run by an Italian family. Beautiful ocean views from a private balcony! Good access to the beach and a restaurant in a neighbouring resort if needed.

It would benefit from a restaurant which I understand is in planning.

Welcoming and friendly, a real slice of serene escapism.

Location was amazing. Real respite and escapism. Titi (Manager) was very friendly and approachable. Very welcoming. Thank you.

I know there is a lot of works planned to be done to the property so I didn't see it at its best...but I can see the potential and would happily return. :)

A peaceful getaway location with great staff and good location

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is superb, my room overlooked the ocean and it was a joy to wake up to each morning. Good facilities, everything worked as expected and wifi was decent. There is also a small private beach that is well maintained. Tiziano was fantastic, he was able to assist with any queries I had, and gave me a ride to the airport (and was incredibly patient when he had to make another run to the airport for me, with no extra charge), he also contributed to a great stay. I would recommend this place for someone looking for tranquility and comfort in a good location. I also want to mention the cleaner (didn't catch his name), who was always super polite and welcoming.

There wasn't much in the way of channels on the TV so I couldn't watch much.

Sits on an Amazing beach. Great beach views all round. Private.

No food options. You’ll have to do a shop en route with the usual supplies, especially breakfast. Cooker available in apartment.

Spacious room with living area balcony, sea view and small but nice beach. Sea fronted beach restaurant right next door. Quiet room and location. Good value for money, will stay again.
