I noticed that a new check-in process has been implemented, where guests are seated and the staff come to assist them. This was very convenient, and the check-out process was also extremely smooth. The food was delicious—I especially loved the chicken rolls!
Given the high nightly rate, I did not feel that the room offered good value for money. The streetlight shining through the bathroom was bothersome, I could not figure out where to control the air conditioning, and although the bathroom was very spacious, the shower itself was extremely small. Water also kept spreading across the bathroom floor whenever the shower was used. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the room on this trip.
