Great customer service. Very fast response.
Great location. Good compromise between old city and a plage. Very close to Turia gardens. And if you want to watch a game on Mestalla Stadium it's fantastic.

Wszystko super, byliśmy już drugi raz w tym miejscu, rok temu na 2 tygodnie, teraz na 3 tygodnie wszystko super; gospodarz bardzo pomocny, bieżący kontakt, polecam w 100%

Hubo problemas a la llegada porque no se abrió la puerta del portal del edificio con las isntrucciones entregadas. Una vecina nos tuvo que abrir. Lo demás sin problemas.
Lo otro es que tuve que alargar una noche más la estancia y el pago de esa noche extra fue engorroso porque el link de pago de booking no funcionó. Tuve que solicitar a mi banco que realizara una transferencia internacional a la cuenta del alojamiento lo cual demoró un poco.

The location was the biggest plus point, very accessible to transportation, quiet neighbourhood and close to shops. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms in the apartment was useful. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. When we had troubles the host was very easily and quickly reachable through whatsapp.
During the stay in the apartment, the door handle of the bathroom came off and thankfully no one was stuck inside; the fixtures seem a bit old and run down. Furthermore, both bathrooms while showering, would always leak water. There was only one small toilet paper roll provided and we had to buy our own. One of the rooms had a very dirty bed and thankfully no one had to sleep there. A water jug would have been appreicated to be able to put into the fridge for cold water during summer months.
