The STAFF! they could not do enough for the guests. From the ladies at breakfast to the service lady and the receptionist.
They were so kind and helpful and always with a smile.
The breakfast was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable
I can’t say anything at all. Villa M is a bus journey or an uber ride away from the center but we enjoyed getting out of town and having a relaxing evening in our room after a busy and hectic day.

I really liked the bathroom, how big and nice it was. Also the balcony was pretty big bed was comfortable, maybe a but too soft. Breakfast was delicious.
There was no good orange juice and coffee was not good either. The lamps on nightstands and desk were not working properly and light bulb colors were different on each. Please fix those lamps. I would welcome a more ambient lighting on the balcony, the light at night was too strong.
The air conditioning was too loud and seemed to not be working properly.

Breakfast was fantastic, nice fresh fruits and yummy eggs. The room was large, with lots of mirrors for all 4 of us to get ready.
Location was a 15 minutes bus ride to the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop.

The bedroom sizes were good. The rooms were clean and had working aircon. We slept comfortably and were able to use internet and TV.
On entering the property you walk past their pool, which sadly was green along one side, so it wasn't a promising start. The receptionist was friendly when we checked in but when we got to our room the door handle had loose screws in it and the key lock, which was more like an internal bedroom key lock, did not lock from the inside. The shower, a corner shower with an overly complicated digital display menu, was missing a door which meant we could not shower properly. When we told reception about it the problem was met with a shrug and an explanation that they had been waiting for days to have it fixed. It was the same response given when we told them we could not lock the door from the inside. It might have been a nice gesture to have been compensated with breakfast. Also to note while there is parking at the property there is not enough for every room so we were left to park in a pretty precarious spot. It's not for those who aren't used to parking in Split/ Croatia!
