It is a good location, the rooms are spacious and nice.
The breakfast quality has decreased significantly.
I was there three years ago and their breakfast was one of the best. Wide variety, fresh food.. this time it was really below expectations. Ham looked old, cheese as well. No big variety..
In addition, the cleanliness wasn’t at its best. There was a smell coming out from toilet, and the bed cover had some stains on it.

Clean, beautiful and easy location
There was a big party and was a bit hard to sleep, and noisy neighbors on the same floor

Hotel was clean, polite staff, rooms were ok
Hotel is located a little far from Beirut. I booked a premium double room with sea view as opposed to the regular rooms 2 of my friends booked on the same day at a higher rate only to find they're exactly the same and both other rooms had better views. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and you could feel the gap in between.
