Cozy little apartment in an attractive condominium with large pools and beautiful gardens with palm trees. For 2-3 people. Enclosed complex with parking. Situated at 5 minutes from Denia’s city and the nearest sandy beach. The amazing nature reserve of Las Rotas is at only 1 km, there you will find crystal-clear water and wonderful rocky bays. The apartment offers an open living space with pull-out sofa bed, american kitchen and terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds with ceiling fan and a shower bath room. From the terrace, with table, seats and sunshade, you can overlook the beautiful community gardens and pool. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with aircon hot/cold in the lounge, electric heating radiator, ceiling fan, TV with international channels (ASTRA), Wifi, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, terrace furniture and a sofa bed in the living room. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the apartment can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes. 2 renowned golf courses (La Sella Golf and Oliva Nova Golf) are at only 10 resp. 20 km from the apartment.

A las afueras de Denia ,hay Q coger coche.Pareja con 2 niños.Tanto el AP como la urbanización muy chulos ,nos ha gustado mucho,repetiremos!!Mobiliario un poco viejo ,,,por poner una pega....

Apartamento ideal para pareja con 1 bebé.
Urbanización muy tranquila y la piscina genial.
Muy limpio y muy buena atención.
Por poner una pega; muebles un poco antiguos y los de la terraza deteriorados.
