Great location, and for one night was perfect
The rooms are reasonably sized but for out one night stay was ok. There is no tv or coffee/tea felicity in the room

Location was excellent
We were not advise there was construction work being carried out it seemed directly above our room on a Sunday morning.

Location is brilliant . View from our room was amazing ( larger room city view 9th floor ) free wifi was a bonus. Lovely and clean in the room .Was able to check in at 2pm . Air con was too notice in rooms
There’s a awful smell in the hallways - like dirty unwashed washing - I think it’s because there’s no windows so it can’t be aired out - but they need to sort that it’s disgusting. Get some oil water air smelly things or something! Lifts and hallways hot which is a shame after coming out a nice cool room. The charge to store bags is ridiculous! Every other hotel I’ve stayed in London they don’t charge!

Staff on reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly
I did not like that there was no common/lounge area to sit or customer toilets in lobby or roof terrace (as was advertised)
