Can't beat the location right near Leicester Sq. and value for money. Everything spotlessly clean & all included that you'd normally get at a budget hotel. Staff at the Seven Dials Hotel (where you collected/return the keys) were very pleasant and helpful. The room was totally quiet aside from the aircon/fridge neither of which bothered me - I was at the rear of the building which was perhaps an advantage. The aircon was HEAVENLY - I would have died without it. A bonus having a fridge & microwave with grill & convection. Single room was about double the size of an EasyHotel room that I've previously stayed in, so wouldn't say it's cramped at all for single occupancy. Slept really well here - would definitely recommend / consider again.
Vape shop on the ground floor (perhaps fire risk) but it wasn't an issue for me / knew this beforehand.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient
Far too noisy we hardly slept with noise from the pub. Early deliveries and refuse Lorry’s
