This location is exceptional! My daughter and I were looking for a place to stay that was walkable to multiple different areas that was still affordable. This fit the bill perfectly! This place is a great hub in a wheel that is walkable to Soho, ChinaTown, West End Theatres, Covent Garden and multiple tube stations. It is off the main streets a bit and the rooms are well insulated so there isn't too much noise despite being so central. The free wine and cheese in the evening and coffee in the morning is a very nice touch.
Just be mindful that rooms are VERY small! We managed our stuff well for the 4 nights but it is very small! Lots of area to hang out down in the lobby/restaurant area so that was nice since the rooms are so small!

Excellent location - 2 minute walk from Charing Cross and 5 minute walk from Embankment Stations. Close walk to shops/theatres too. Room was clean, very small but fine for how long we were in there. Facilities excellent.
I added breakfast for 2 days on to my booking upon arrival for £28 but wish I hadn't - there wasn't much choice other than a pre-made paninis that were heated and small boxes of cereal. I had a croissant and heated panini the first morning and didn't really enjoy them as they had been out on display and not covered. I didn't bother with breakfast the second morning so a waste of money. There are plenty of nice little bistros in the area you can go for cheaper.

Cleanliness and location was great. Reception available 24/7 also great even though we didnt use them
We thought the small room would be ok, only need to sleep right... but it was way to small, hard to get dry after shower in such a small space, nowhere for our belongings.
