It was in a great location and very central. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were in London for a birthday celebration and when we returned from our evening, there was a birthday cake and note left in the room - how lovely! Thanks so much to Fernando.

The room was very well equipped and modern. bed and pillows comfortable . staff very welcoming and helpful. liked the little milk bottles in fridge rather than the uht pods you normally encounter
the only issue we had was the bed was very high and whilst wonderfully positioned for the fantastic view of the strand you couldn't get to the other side of the bed so meant climbing across which is a bit of an issue when you need to get up in the middle of the night and the far side of the bed had no side table / plinth. we will stay again but will request a different room layout

Location perfect, staff really nice
The room was so tiny and the bathroom could have been cleaner . Room fine for one not for 2
