I would say the property was decent, but needs on maintenance.
The pressure of water in the bathroom was very weak. The swimming pool was not regularly maintained and cleaned, leaves from the nearby trees often go to the water.

we had a deluxe room with sea view. it is a big room, extremely comfortable. the bathroom is big with a bathtub. this room made our stay in boracay amazing. we loved that is outside of city center so it was very peaceful. also it is very close to beautiful beach, which was again nicer than white beach in city center. resort offers shuttle to the center and also shared tuk tuk was very cheap. staff is really nice and helpful.
