Palm Beach 2 2018

Location was good , pool area and gardens kept very well. Great selection of restaurants and shops close by

Air conditioning unit noisy and bedroom unit badly leaking water first night so we had to sleep downstairs as far too hot without it. No towels or even bath mat and in the details on the web it states bathroom linen. Bed sheets were given to us in a plastic wrapper but the sheets had dirty marks on them. There was hardly any toilet rolls and whole house was not clean. When we moved garden chairs stored in the living room there was a dirty tissue, colouring pens behind them and sweet wrappers under the sofa, which also smelt of sweat. Cutlery and kitchen utensils were not clean so we had to clean them before using them. When we moved the portable radiator stored in the bedroom it was full of cobwebs and hadnt been dusted or cleaned for months. We have photographic evidence to back this up

Sinceramente, me ha sorprendido; es mejor en persona que en las fotos. Es muy espacioso, limpio, buena iluminación y acceso directo a la piscina. La cocina muy bien, tiene todo el mensaje necesario y muy cuidada. Tiene parking dentro y está incluido en el precio. También dan toallas para la ducha. Es una muy buena opción para unos días o incluso si vas a estar 1 semana o más. El chico que me atendió es super atento y amable. Estuvo siempre pendiente de cuando llegábamos y si necesitabamos algo. Genial.

Lo único que diría es que faltaba jabón de manos en los baños y papel higiénico. Nosotros compramos papel y lo dejamos ahí 😊 por lo demás todo bien.

Sinceramente, me ha sorprendido; es mejor en persona que en las fotos. Es muy espacioso, limpio, buena iluminación y acceso directo a la piscina.
