About this villa rental
Fantastic villa with pool in an elevated area on the outskirts of Sineu, a few minutes walk from the town center. It has all the comforts, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with TVsat, flat screen TV, air conditioning and WIFI internet access. It has 4 rooms, of which 2 are on the main floor along with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. The pool is large (11x5), sunny all day and from its terraces you can enjoy unbeatable views. Ideal for families and tourists in general, who want a spacious and comfortable place, with good views and sunny throughout the day.
Sineu is an old town with a lot of history, where you can find interesting old buildings. It is a gastronomic reference, both for Majorcans and for those who visit the island. It is very well connected to all areas of the island, making it an ideal starting point for all types of holiday activities and, therefore, a very good choice to enjoy your stay on the island.

We had a great week in in a property that was perfect and lived up to all our expectations. The property owners could not have been more helpful and made sure that we were happy at all times. Not only is it a wonderful property, but the location in Sineu was a perfect base for exploring the island. Sineu is also a lovely unspoilt town that had much to offer.

We had a fantastic time in Sineu. Antònia and her husband welcomed us warmly and even provided us with delicious wine and a snack platter, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is very spacious, with a lovely garden and a large swimming pool. We felt right at home! There are also plenty of terraces, so you can always find a quiet spot or join in the fun. The kitchen is large and equipped with all the modern conveniences.
Antònia always responds quickly via WhatsApp.
Sineu is a beautiful village—authentic and not too touristy. Its location is also excellent; within half an hour to forty-five minutes, you can be at the beach. We visited a different beach every day. After a day at the beach, it was wonderful to return to Sineu and relax by the pool.
In short, a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be coming back!

It was a perfect stay in a very beautiful and clean house, sunny, with beautiful views, all the amenities and an amazing pool. The hosts very helpful. The whole environment very interesting. Definitely, highly recommended place to spend summer holidays.
